Checklist for placing semen order 

1. Breeding season. Begins February 20, 2024 and ends July 1, 2024

2. Shipping Days. Monday – Wednesday – Friday (2 doses will be the standard quantity)

3. Call the Day BEFORE to order semen. 

4. Fully executed contract on file

5. Full Breeding Fee of $1500 must be Paid PRIOR to shipment.

6. Cooled Semen Shipping Information on file 

7. Shipping Fee Payment **DUE EACH SHIPMENT** Credit Card must be on file.  $450 per shipment. We are not responsible for FedEx / UPS mistakes, delays, etc. 

8. Return of Equitainer or Box. Return fees are the mare owner’s responsibility. Return  ASAP to the address above. Equitainers will be used at the discretion of KDM Farm if  shipping to southern states in the summer or upon request of recipient. Replacement  charges for unreturned equitainers or boxes will be $300 and $40 respectively.
